"If I could live my life over again, I would devote it to proving that diseases seek their natural habitat—diseased tissue—rather than being the cause of dead tissue. In other words, mosquitos seek the stagnant water, but do not cause the pool to become stagnant." —Dr. Rudolph Virchow ( 1821 - 1902 ), microbiologist, father of modern pathology
The theory that invisible microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, and germs cause disease is an ancient myth. It stands to this day because there is great profit to be made. Pathogens don't cause disease, they are the consequence of disease. For example, viruses don't cause disease but manifest themselves after we are diseased. Viruses and other microorganisms form an intricate symbiotic relationship inside the human body called the human virome. It is estimated that the human virome is comprised of roughly 380 trillion viruses within the roughly 100 trillion cells that make up a person's body. However, most viruses are harmless and don't incite the immune system. In brief, you don't catch disease—you create it!
“The particles they’re calling viruses have never been scientifically proven to do any of the things virologists claim they do. These particles are simply cell debris.” —Dr. Stefan Lanka, PhD, German biologist, virologist
When exposed to the same bacteria, germs, and viruses, in the same environment; why do some people succumb to sickness and disease, while others remain healthy? The germ theory cannot answer this conundrum. The Terrain Theory can.
Viruses are cellular waste
Viruses are exosomes. EXOSOME: A tiny vesicle created and released from the plasma membrane of various types of cells, especially immune cells, and capable of inducing antigen-specific immune responses.
What we are calling a virus is actually the cells in your body producing exosomes to remove dead cells and toxins. The elimination of toxic matter from the body creates symptoms, which we have been taught to believe is a cold or flu. The human body purges toxins and dead cells at the same time the weather changes from hot to cold, just like when trees know when to shed their leaves. There is no such thing as a contagious virus. The immune cells discard waste in the forms of exosomes, and viruses are cellular waste. Therefore, viruses are exosomes ( cellular waste ). Think of feces to humans as what viruses are to cells.
Louis Pasteur (Germ Theory) versus Antoine Bechamp (Terrain Theory)
The universally accepted Germ Theory, championed by Louis Pasteur and the drug companies, states that bacteria, germs, and viruses cause diseases. If that were true, sickness and disease rates would be uniform when people are exposed to microscopic entities in the same environment. We know that isn't the case—sickness and disease are not uniform in the same environment—they differ from group to group, and particularly from person to person. The Germ Theory cannot sufficiently explain the differences in sickness and disease rates among groups and individuals in the same environment.
“We agree with those members of the profession who hold that no germ causes tuberculosis. Germs do not cause any disease. Further, we agree that there is more harm in the fear of germs than there is in the germs of themselves.” —Dr. Simon Louis Katzoff, MD, 1921
The Terrain Theory, championed by Antonine Bechamp, states that certain people and groups succumb to sickness and disease because they are unhealthy and have weak immune systems. These inner conditions (terrains) of the body determine who gets sick and who doesn't. When exposed to bacteria, germs, and viruses in the same environment, healthy people remain healthy and unhealthy people get sick or diseased. The terrain theory is the only possible explanation for the differing rates of sickness and disease within individuals and groups in the same environment.
Therefore, health is the responsibility of the individual, not microscopic entities or the government.
The root causes of diseases
The root causes of diseases are the environment in which we live, the foods we eat, the toxins we ingest, our exercise habits, and the thoughts we think.
“We don’t catch disease; we build it.” —Antoine Bechamp
For clues on the root causes of diseases: examine your medicine cabinet, look in your fridge, examine your social circle, study your environment, rethink your job, consider your exercise and sleeping habits. It's irresponsible to blame invisible organisms when there are multiple factors involved.
“Illnesses do not come upon us out of the blue. They are developed from small daily sins against Nature. When enough sins accumulate, illnesses will suddenly appear.” —Hippocrates ( 460 - 370 BCE ), Greek physician, considered father of Western medicine

"Pasteur passed his laboratory notebooks along to his heirs with the provision that they never made the notebooks public. However, his grandson, Louis Pastueur Vallery-Radot, who apparently didn't care for Pasteur that much, donated the notebooks to the French national library, which published them. In 1914, Professor Geison of Princeton University published an analysis of these notebooks, which revealed that Pasteur had committed massive fraud in all his studies. For instance, when he said that he injected virulent anthrax spores into vaccinated and unvaccinated animals, he could trumpet the fact that the unvaccinated animals died, but that was because he also injected the unvaccinated animals with poisons...In the notebooks, Pasteur states unequivocally that he was unable to transfer disease with a pure culture of bacteria (he obviously wasn't able to purify viruses at the time.) In fact, the only way he could transfer disease was to either insert the whole infected tissue into another animal (he would sometimes inject ground-up brains of an animal into the brain of another animal to 'prove' contagion) or resort to adding poisons to his culture, which he knew would cause the symptoms in the recipients. He admitted that the whole effort to prove contagion was a failure, leading to his famous deathbed confession: 'The germ is nothing; the terrain is everything'." — The Contagion Myth, Dr. Thomas Cowan, MD; Sally Fallon Morell
In summary, the Germ Theory believes that there is one cause of disease: microorganisms such as viruses and germs. And there is one treatment modality: drugs and vaccines made by the drug companies.
The Terrain Theory states that disease is caused by multiple factors: malnutrition, toxicity, environment, and psychology. And that there are multiple treatment modalities, each one tailored to the individual.
You can always test which theory is most consistent with life by eating a diet of junk food for a month, neglecting exercise, and watching eight hours of TV a day.
The immune system
“Most people would rather blame germs and genes for their illnesses than accept that it’s mostly their diet, beliefs, and overall lifestyle to blame.” —Dr. Herbert Shelton ( 1895 - 1985 ), ND
The definition of the immune system:
- The integrated body system of organs, tissues, cells, and cell products such as antibodies that differentiates self from nonself and neutralizes potentially pathogenic organisms or substances.
- The immune system is a network of biological processes that protects an organism from diseases. It detects and responds to a wide variety of pathogens, from viruses to parasitic worms, as well as cancer cells and objects such as wood splinters, distinguishing them from the organism's own healthy tissue.
The system of internal defence mechanisms which enables the body to resist disease. The body's first line of defence is the skin and lining of the cavities (especially the gut and lungs). They act as a barrier to the entry of unwanted substances and foreign cells. If foreign bodies penetrate through these defences, the immune system is activated. Cells and proteins within the blood and lymph attack, disarm, destroy, and remove the foreign bodies. Special white blood cells (B-cell lymphocytes) are able to recognize the chemicals (called antigens) associated with foreign bodies and produce antibodies, proteins which attack them. The immune system seems to be able to remember previous encounters with a specific foreign substance, so that if confronted again with the same substance it can mount a prompt and effective defence. This is the basis of immunity.
The immune system can function efficiently only if it is supplied with adequate nutrients. Energy from carbohydrates and fat is needed to mobilize the army of white cells that fight off attacks. Vitamins and minerals are essential components of many chemicals produced to defend the body (see antioxidant). A deficiency or an overdose of any nutrient is likely to harm the immune system.
“A correct diet will control any infection as well as most other forms of ill health.” — Dr. Joseph H. Greer, The Drugless Road to Perfect Health
The immune system is also affected by the physiological and psychological stress of exercise. Although the results of scientific investigations are not clear, it appears that low to moderate levels of exercise are generally beneficial, activating the immune system and improving its ability to defend the body against disease. Exercise may boost the production of natural killer cells. One of their main duties is to destroy cancer cells before they can develop into full-blown tumours. However, there seems to be a critical level of exercise, specific to each individual, above which the immune system becomes increasingly compromised (see also general adaptation syndrome). Many athletes preparing for a major competition push themselves to their mental and physical limits, exceed their critical level, and succumb to illness. Elite athletes walk a tightrope between supreme physical condition and a breakdown of health. A new test that uses saliva samples is being devised for monitoring the competence of the immune system. This should help athletes and others know when they should take particular care to avoid overtraining.
Have you ever wondered why you are resistant to the colds that plague your friends, even though you have been exposed to the same environment? This is because you have an efficient immune system which is working overtime to identify and mount a reaction to ‘invaders’, including microorganisms capable of causing disease and foreign macromolecules like polysaccharides and proteins— a phenomenon known as immunity.
The problem with natural immunity is that the drug companies don't make money from it.
Those defence mechanisms that exist prior to exposure to foreign substances, that are not enhanced by subsequent exposures, and that cannot discriminate between most foreign molecules, are categorized as natural or innate immunity. This includes the first line of defence — the protective barriers like the skin and the mucous membranes lining the body tracts, which secrete acids and enzymes capable of digesting bacterial cell walls. Often a failure at this level may lead to fatal complications (such as in cystic fibrosis, where the mucus formed is not protective).
If this protective barrier is breached, the next lines of defence involve two components of natural immunity — the humoral (mediated by substances free in the body fluids) and the cellular (mediated by cells). A number of humoral agents are rapidly produced or activated to exert non-specific effects: that is, they are equally effective against multiple microbes. They include acute phase proteins, serum complements, and interferons. Interferons are vital mainly in controlling viral infections. At this time the cellular component also comes into play. Two types of phagocytic cells ‘eat up’ and destroy the foreign molecules. The first of these are the polymorphonuclear neutrophil leucocytes (white blood cells), which circulate in blood and migrate to sites of microbial invasion; the second are called monocytes in the blood and macrophages in the tissues (they migrate between the two) — collectively, the macrophage-monocyte system. Humoral and cellular mechanisms interact: serum complements bind to the surface of the foreign molecule and increase the efficiency of phagocytosis by the cells.
“The specific disease doctrine is the grand refuge of weak, uncultured, unstable minds, such as now rule in the medical profession. There are no specific diseases; there are specific disease conditions.” —Florence Nightingale, OM RRC DStJ, statistician and the founder of modern nursing
By the time the components of natural immunity perform their act, more specific defence mechanisms are also mounted. These mechanisms are induced by exposure to the foreign molecules which are known as antigens. Besides amplifying the protective mechanisms of innate immunity, the specific immune system also ‘memorizes’ each encounter with a particular antigen such that subsequent exposure to that antigen leads to the development of ‘active immunity’. Specific immunity can also be induced in an individual by transferring cells or serum (depending on the type of immune response, see later) from a specifically immunized individual, so that the recipient becomes immune to the particular antigen without getting an actual exposure to it. This form of immunity is called ‘passive immunity’, and often is a useful method for rapid conferring of immunity. This technique has helped in saving lives following potentially lethal snake bites, by the administration of antibodies from immunized individuals. Much more commonly, anti-tetanus serum has been widely used to confer passive immunity after potentially contaminated minor injuries.
Lymphocytes are the primary players in specific immunity. These are cells that are present throughout the body, circulating in the blood and lymph and organized in lymphoid tissues. They are produced in primary lymphoid organs — the liver in the fetus, the thymus, and the bone marrow. Some lymphocytes pass through the thymus after release from the bone marrow, re-enter the circulation and then settle in secondary lymphoid organs like the spleen and the lymph nodes. During passage through the thymus these lymphocytes acquire antigen specificity, properties which equip them to act against a particular invader, and are thereafter known as T-cells. Other lymphocytes do not pass through the thymus, but settle directly in the secondary lymphoid organs where they mature and develop antigen specificity. These cells are called B-lymphocytes or B-cells; they carry on their surface a ‘recognition molecule’ or antibody, which acts as a receptor for an antigen.
NOTE: Vaccines are based on the theory of acquired immunity. However, vaccines contain some of the most toxic substances to the human body. These substances, such as heavy metals and carcinogens, are used as additives, adjuvants, and preservatives in vaccines. Vaccines do not provide acquired immunity, since the organisms in them are artificial and modified. Therefore, vaccine acquired immunity is vastly different than natural acquired immunity.
Koch's Postulates for microorganisms
Furthermore, for the Germ Theory to be valid, it must pass Koch's Postulates. Developed in the 19th century by German physician and microbiologist Robert Koch ( 1843 - 1910 ), Koch’s Postulates are the four criteria designed to assess whether a microorganism causes disease. As originally stated, the four criteria are:
If you're new to the germ theory, the diagram below may help to reinforce Koch's Postulates.
Does the Germ Theory satisfy Koch's Postulates? No. If microorganisms cause disease, then the Germ Theory fails to explain why pathogens (microorganisms that cause disease, eg, virus) affect only small groups and not the majority. The Terrain Theory on the other, adequately explains the phenomena: Those with weakened immune systems, due to environmental pollution, unsanitary conditions, malnutrition, and unhealthy lifestyle choices succumb to pathogens. And that pathogens are the result of the weakened inner terrain. The Terrain Theory addresses the root causes of diseases, and not the symptoms.
"The microbe is nothing. The terrain is everything." —Louis Pasteur on his deathbed, admitting that Antonine Bechamp's Terrain ( Cellular Theory ) is correct
"There is a total lack of evidence that viruses can live outside the body. When the whole healing profession comprehends this simple fact, there will no longer be this fear of germs, nor the need for vaccines, disinfectants, or other harmful germicides." —Dr. Ten Tapper, DC
"Viruses are exosomes, which are excretion of toxic cells. Exosomes are not transmittable. People are looking at exosomes and calling them viruses. The word 'virus' comes from ancient Latin which means 'noxious substance or poison'. Exosomes are a response to illness, not the cause of illness. Exosomes facilitate healing by devouring toxic matter.' " —Dr. Andrew Kaufman, MD. USA
We would all be dead if microorganisms caused diseases
"If the germ theory of disease were correct, there would be no one living to believe it." —Bartlett Joshua Palmer ( September 14, 1882 - May 27, 1961 ), founder of chiropractic medicine
Health is a choice, and disease is a choice. These choices accumulate over time. From Howie Chiropractic:
The Germ Theory of Disease states that all diseases are caused by microbial organisms and was postulated by Louis Pasteur in the 1860s. Microbial organisms or “germs” are opportunistic organisms, meaning that they feed on dead and dying matter. However, they cannot survive in a healthy body where the immune system is working at its optimum because there’s nothing to consume. They can only thrive or survive in an unhealthy body that has a compromised immune system because there’s plenty of dying matter to feed on.
Health does not come from the outside; it can only come from within the body. Health also happens by choice, not chance. Our bodies require maintenance to be healthy. If the needs of the body are not met it can result in a compromised immune system. These needs include sleep, food, exercise, a positive mental attitude, spirituality, and a proper neurological connection between the brain and body.
Although serotonin is well known as a brain neurotransmitter, it is estimated that 90 percent of the body's serotonin is made in the digestive tract. In fact, altered levels of this peripheral serotonin have been linked to diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, cardiovascular disease, and osteoporosis. —Caltech University
Eight studies that show microorganisms don't cause diseases
8) Burnet & Lush, 1937. 200 healthy people were exposed to supposed pathogens. None ( 0/200 ) became sick after being exposed to bodily secretions from people with influenza.
7) Robertson & Groves, 1924. 100 healthy individuals were exposed to supposed pathogens. None ( 0 /100 ) became sick after being exposed to bodily secretions from 16 different people suffering from influenza.
6) Williams et al., 1921. The scientists tried to infect 45 healthy men. None ( 0/45 ) became ill after being exposed to mucous secretions from sick people.
5) Schmidt et all, 1920. 196 people were exposed to the mucous secretions of sick people; 21 developed colds and 3 developed grippe ( epidemic influenza ).
- 84 people were exposed to mucous secretions of sick people; 5 developed grippe and 4 colds.
- 43 controls who had been inoculated with sterile physiological salt solutions; 8 developed colds.
- A higher percentage of people got sick after being exposed to saline compared to those being exposed to the "virus".
4) Rosenau et al., 1919. Performed 9 experiments in a group of 49 healthy men. None ( 0/49 ) men became sick after being exposed to sick people or the bodily fluids of sick people.
3) Wahl et al., 1919. Performed 3 experiments to infect 6 healthy men. None ( 0/6 ) men became sick after being exposed to mucous secretions and lung tissue from sick people.
2) McCoy et al, 1918. Performed 8 experiments in a group of 50 men. None ( 0/50 ) men became sick after being exposed to sick people and the bodily fluids of the sick.
1) Rosenau et al., 1918. Performed 8 experiments in a group of 62 men. None ( 0/62 ) men became sick after being exposed to sick people and the bodily fluids of the sick.
These studies used direct-physical transfer of supposed pathogens and there was no recorded infection. If direct-physical transfer caused no infection, how can airborne transmission be possible? Notice that the healthy subjects were never infected.
The Germ Theory is overly simplistic and profitable
The Germ Theory is outdated and faulty. It may appear reasonable under microscopes, but the real world is much more complicated due to individual biochemistry and the human experience. The Terrain Theory takes into account that each person is unique in their diets, environments, and experiences; therefore patients require tailored treatments. Whereas the Germ Theory is overly simplistic and extreme, espousing that invisible microorganisms cause diseases and treatments are only possible with pharmaceutical drugs and vaccines. Like the genetics theory of disease, the Germ Theory is simplistic and profitable. Simple is good, but not pertaining to disease, and questionable if there is money involved.
"To be a physician in the truest sense, one must consider the patient's troubles from all these basic standpoints: is it mechanical, nutritional, or psychological, or is it a varied combination of all three? The human body is not comprised of separate entities, but is a working unit in its entirety and so must be treated as such." —Dr. Fred Loffler, ND
DR. SAM BAILEY: GERM THEORY VS. TERRAIN THEORY
"I did my own research on terrain theory and it led to a paradigm shift in my thinking." —Dr. Samantha Bailey, MD, drsambailey.com
DR. ANDREW KAUFMAN INTERVIEW: VIRUS ISOLATION, TERRAIN THEORY & COVID-19
Chris Is: Germ theory is fraud. There’s a good reason why it has remained a theory for over 120 years. It is because there are no experiments using a living host that can demonstrate viral particles, or bacteria solely, without adding any other toxins, chemicals, animal DNA, or heavy metals, expresses disease causation. Whenever pure bacteria or viral particles are administered to the eyes, nose, throat, or even injected, it causes no disease in the host.
When we express illness the body has either been poisoned by a plant toxin, or animal venom, or it is a residual build-up of toxicity from diet and lifestyle variables like diet, how much we exercise, mitigating/avoiding exposure to wireless frequencies or radiation, getting adequate sunlight on exposed skin, mitigating stress and stress hormones, getting enough sleep in sync with our natural circadian rhythm, eating pure foods free of GMOs, hormones, chemical residues, etc. The body will eventually need to purge which presents as symptoms for us as a cold or flu.
We do not however spread disease to one another, that’s a fairytale designed to divide, profit off of, and control us using big pharma as our savior. Once one studies who funded germ theory, and the whole story behind Bechamp and Pasteur. Pasteur admitted he could never make a healthy animal sick with a sick animal's blood or other body secretions.
This fact should make things much more clear about what has transpired over the past 120 years. All the TV, newspaper, radio propaganda, falsely trained indoctrinated Dr’s ignorantly perpetuating the fraud, movies, video games, hand washing signs, constant forced reinforcement by parents and those in care of children to hand wash incessantly, the fraudulent childhood jabs for school that create disease and lower IQ and creativity, not prevent disease Decades of conditioning have led up to this moment in history.
