You can't be healthy if you live in a plume of toxic fumes. STOP using products with artificial chemical fragrance:

  • scented candles,
  • scented laundry detergents,
  • candles,
  • body colognes and perfumes,
  • dishwashing liquids,
  • soaps,
  • air "fresheners",
  • cleaning products,
  • fabric softeners,
  • aerosol sprays,
  • trash bags (that have chemical fragrance), etc.

Look at the literature and studies on the topic! They are hormone and endocrine disrupters and highly toxic.

As far back as 2002, Breast Cancer Prevention Partners (BCPP) tested 32 commonly used personal care and cleaning products from around the country to see how many chemicals they could identify.

The results were pretty shocking! In the BCPP report, "Right to Know: Exposing toxic fragrance chemicals in beauty, personal care and cleaning products," they found the following:

➯ 338 fragrance chemicals were used in the 25 personal care products tested (but not labeled).

➯ An overwhelming majority (75%) of the chemicals had been scientifically linked to chronic health effects like cancer, birth defects, respiratory harm, neurotoxicity, or hormone disruption.

➯ The worst part of this report was that the highest number of chemicals linked to chronic health effects were in shampoos marketed for kids.

➯ Several products contained chemicals linked to breast cancer, such as benzene and 1,4-dioxane, which have been associated with mammary tumors in laboratory studies.

They also found a number of hormone-disrupting compounds with links to breast cancer such as oxybenzone (chemical sunscreen), propylparaben (preservative), and phthalates (DEHP and DEP). To read BCPP’s full report, click below:

Make your own, use natural alternatives, or "fragrance free" products.

It’s all so very frustrating as we need none of the above, as you know when we eat fruit we don’t get smelly, our clothes don’t get smelly and it all.

Goes on from there, the money being made from the wrong diet making people stink and feel that they have to mask the smells either from their skin or in their homes is trillions 🤷🏻‍♀️, strip it all back eat fruit we need none of this chemical stuff 🤷🏻‍♀️🙏🏼

I wonder if there are lists somewhere of healthy products or alternatives (obviously different to each country In terms of products on shelves).
