If you lost your hunger, nature is trying to fast you!
If you're not hungry then don’t eat anything! We can survive days without food, and when the body is sick, you will do it a favor to heal itself better that way! We have been trained in this giant movie, or strange drama of life to eat for “nourishment” and nobody really knows what nourishment is when it comes to foods. Most people recommend dead animals for “nutrition” and cooked dead, energy depleted foods!? 🤔 makes no sense!
You don’t eat your way to health, you fast your way to health, and a diet of fruit in most toxic human bodies these days, is like a fast, because the body is so backed up with terrain, and sewage waste, and fruit is very cleansing, and promotes detoxification.
The last thing you won’t do is force-feed yourself when your body wants to rest, when you lose your desire to eat! Your body wants to rest, and heal, if you are not hungry, listen to your body, not a repetition unaware modality society has taught you! You don’t have to eat to regain your strength! You must clean out the body first, to regain true health in a body that’s built on nutrient-dense living foods, and who cares how long your car is in the shop, trust in nature, and let her do her job and fix your car!
Fast as long as your body says eat something, go a couple of days without food, who cares! Eat when you're hungry, and stop when you're satisfied. Nature will fast you naturally, and take the desire to eat away from you naturally, and if she does, don’t panic, just get through the process of fasting, and when true hungry returns, you will get the nourishment you need, and you will break free from the bullshit regarding health, and finally get in touch with your spiritual body, and learn to be intuitively connected to your body, instead of society taught conditioning, and brainwashing to think you need to eat around the clock, and find your strength with food, even when you have zero desire and Interest in eating.
Food is only “nourishing” when you fix digestion, absorption, utilization, and eliminate your waste! And “food” is fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds in their raw and natural state, anything more is not food, and truly a diet of just fruit is the human's natural diet, but a little more raw food options in the mix will not hurt anybody!
You will get more out of the foods, when you remove the trash in the body anyways! If you're not hungry don’t eat, your body knows best, and hunger will return naturally when it’s time! If it was me I would turn to nature, and my inner guidance, and fast when my body wants to fast, and eat when my body wants to eat, and when you do eat, honor your body with the living foods based around fruit! And if you cheat once in a while with some cooked plant foods, who cares, but you truly don’t “need” anything else other than a diet of fruits, berries, and melons, tender leaves, and you don’t need cooked foods, and defiantly you don’t “need” lifeless dead innocent animals on your plate for “nourishment”.
