Vaccines are products made by drug companies such as AstraZeneca, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, and Pfizer. As of November 2021, the largest 10 drug companies have a market value of roughly $2.4 trillion (Trillion). Some vaccine ingredients are more poisonous than those found in crystal meth. Imagine tobacco companies mandating that everyone smoke cigarettes. It's exactly what the drug companies are doing with vaccines under the guise of "public health and safety" and spreading money to politicians and the mainstream media to push their agenda.

Stop the vaccine mandate tyranny.

Why are politicians pushing vaccines so hard? When politicians run for office, they need massive money, depending if they're running for local, state, or national office. Who gives them this money?

Let Allen Jones, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Office of Inspector General (OIG) explain:

"Drug companies write checks to politicians–they write checks to politicians on BOTH SIDES OF THE AISLE…As an OIG Investigator, I attempted to expose evidence of major pharmaceutical company wrongdoing. The industry was influencing state officials with trips, perks, lavish meals, transportation to and first-class accommodations in major cities. Some state employees were paid honorariums of up to $2,000 for speaking in their official capacities at drug-company sponsored events...the drug industry methodically compromised the decision making of elected and appointed public officials to gain access to captive populations of mentally ill individuals in prisons and state mental health hospitals...The pharmaceutical industry bypassed governmental safeguards and medical review by creating and marketing TMAP as a “treatment model” that was instituted in various states as an administrative decision by a select few politically appointed officials…"

Examine the written mandate or law

The first thing is to read the WRITTEN mandate and ignore the mainstream propaganda, especially on TV. What is written may actually be different from what is spewed by the fakenews. The verbiage in the written mandate may include exemptions cluttered in ambiguous language. Since a mandate should not contradict a law (a law has priority over a mandate), the verbiage may sound confusing, giving the impression that you must vaccinate. An exemption/exception may already be included in the mandate, so ensure to read it.

Mask mandates were a test to determine if the people would apply. Once they complied, it ushered in vaccine mandates.

For example, in many cities there are mask mandates and mask bylaws (a local law). A mask law often includes exemptions/exceptions. Read the mandate and the law. The content of the law overrides the mandate. The same applies for a vaccine mandate—ensure to read the mandate as it's WRITTEN, then read the applicable law if there is one before proceeding. Again, the exemption may be included in the legalese (hard to understand legal language).

Ways to exempt yourself from the poison jab

Depending on what country you reside, there are several ways to legally opt-out of receiving the poisonous jab:

CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE LETTER (similar to a scientific exemption). A sample letter is provided below.

MEDICAL PRIVACY LAW. In some states/provinces, it is illegal to demand that someone show you their private medical record. For example, you shouldn't ask anyone to show proof that they've been tested, medicated, or vaccinated for AIDS, measles, or over 200 other diseases. Your medical record is private and should only be shared with your physician.

RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS GUARANTEED BY THE NATION'S CONSTITUTION. A vaccine mandate most likely violates the rights and freedoms guaranteed by a nation's constitution or bill of rights. As examples, the US Constitution and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. In Canada, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms has a medical freedom clause that states a medical procedure that increases the risk of injury or death can be refused. Recall that a constitutional right supersedes a law, a law has priority over a mandate, and a mandate has priority over a policy/rule/guideline.

DISCRIMINATION/CIVIL RIGHTS LAW. Affording one group rights and privileges while excluding another is discrimination in nearly every democratic nation. In Canada, federal discrimination is covered in the Canadian Bill of Rights. In addition to federal discrimination laws, each state/province also has its own discrimination and civil rights laws.

Vaccine makers are not liable for injuries or deaths caused by their products

The problem is that drug companies have been immune to liability since 1986—the year US President Ronald Reagan passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA). This prevents vaccine victims from directly suing the drug companies for injuries or deaths caused by vaccines. The NCVIA was implemented by most Western countries. Vaccine victims have to go through a special administrative court to make claims and the compensation is significantly less than those rewarded in a civil court. The NCVIA was drafted by the drug companies at a time when they were facing several class-action lawsuits and faced bankruptcy and the demise of the vaccine racket.

Mandate vs. Law

A law has priority over a mandate. Mandates are quickly implemented to face a specific situation, and are limited in time. A law is a long-term rule, voted by the elected representatives, and that often take more time to pass. Depending on the jurisdiction, both may be enforceable by the police. Although a law supersedes a mandate in times of peace, there are instances in which a temporary mandate can have the effect of law. As examples, during times of war and pandemics; however, even these circumstances depend on the constitution of a country. Moreover, a pandemic should only be declared if there is a 7% death rate in the general population. The Covid-19 death rate is roughly 0.3% (less than 1%). In addition, covid-19 shares cross-symptoms with the cold and flu, which casts doubt as to whether if it's anything new.

Again, a law has priority over a mandate. For example, if your state/province has a mask mandate, but your municipality (village, town, city) has a mask bylaw, then the law supersedes the mandate, since a law has priority over a mandate. Many states/provinces have enacted mask mandates, but have left each municipality to enact their own mask bylaws (a bylaw is a local law that is effective only in a specific municipality). The same condition may apply to a vaccine mandate. Therefore, make sure to read the mandate and law as they are written before proceeding.

Black's Law Dictionary. Without realizing it, businesses that enforce government vaccine mandates have become sales reps and thugs for the most corrupt industry on the planet: the drug industry that makes vaccines. These (mostly small) businesses are contributing to their own demise.

If your employer demands that you get vaccinated or risk losing your job, remember that a mandate is not a law. Many of these businesses have become vaccine distributors/resellers and receive financial incentives to push vaccines. Without knowing it, these businesses have become sales reps and thugs for the most corrupt industry on Earth: Big Pharma.  

Conditional acceptance letter exemption

A lawyer has advised that the secret is NOT to refuse the mandatory vaccination, but to inquire using a conditional acceptance letter. Meaning that you'll take the vaccine if certain conditions are met. Think of it as a discovery phase. You can also add conditions to the sample letter below. A condition could ask the employer to divulge any conflict of interest, such as the employer directly or indirectly receiving financial incentives from the drug companies for advocating vaccines.

Only use this exemption if you're familiar with the law and how vaccines work. Otherwise, use a medical or religious exemption. The conditional/discovery letter should look similar to the one below provided by the lawyer:

I write with regard to the matter of the potential covid-19 vaccine and my desire to be fully informed and appraised of all facts before going ahead. I’d be most grateful if you could please provide the following information, in accordance with statutory legal requirements:

1. Can you please advise the approved legal status of any vaccine and if it is experimental?

2. Can you please provide details and assurances that the vaccine has been fully, independently and rigorously tested against control groups and the subsequent outcomes of those tests?

3. Can you please advise the entire list of contents of the vaccine I am to receive and if any are toxic to the body?

4. Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since its introduction?

5. Can you please confirm that the vaccine you are advocating is NOT experimental mRNA gene-altering therapy?

6. Can you please confirm that I will not be under any duress from you as my employer, in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?

7. Can you please advise me of the likely risk of fatality, should I be unfortunate to contract Covid-19 and the likelihood of recovery?

8. Can you please advise me if I were to experience any adverse reactions is the manufacturer of the vaccine liable? If the manufacturer isn’t liable will the company I’m currently employed with be responsible and liable as it is their request that I have the vaccine in order to carry on my employment?

9. Please advise if the company or any of its officer, directly or indirectly, receives or will receive compensation in any form for advocating or mandating vaccination?

10. Please advise alternatives to vaccination, or is vaccination the only way to prevent covid-19?

11. Please provide bona fide justification for getting vaccinated.

12. Please provide studies that demonstrate unvaccinated people are a health threat to others, either by transmitting covid-19 or other diseases.

Once I have received the above information in full and I am satisfied that there is NO threat to my health, I will be happy to accept your offer to receive the treatment, but with certain conditions, namely that:

1. You confirm in writing that I will suffer no harm.

2. Following acceptance of this, the offer must be signed by a fully qualified doctor who will take full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries occurring to myself, and/or from any interactions by authorized personnel regarding these procedures.

3. In the event that I should have to decline the offer of vaccination, please confirm that it will not compromise my position and that I will not suffer prejudice and discrimination as a result?

I would also advise that my inalienable rights are reserved.

If your employer cannot provide the information, then you're under no obligation to vaccinate.

The exemption process varies depending on the country. In the USA, religious exemptions are commonly used. In Canada, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms is referenced, since the right to refuse a medical procedure if it increases the risk of injury or death is enshrined in The Charter.

Religious exemption/accomodation

Medical exemption

Reasons for a medical exemption may include possible allergic reaction to vaccine ingredients, previous injury caused by vaccines, an existing condition that may exacerbate (make the existing condition worse) if vaccinated. Depending on where you live, proof may be required from a physician (forced use of a medical service). You should be noticing a pattern now: The medical industry is mostly worthless and that's the reason it mandates its products and services on healthy people. You don't need our dangerous vaccines? Then you'll need an opinion from one of our services to prove that you don't need our vaccines.

Mandatory vaccination is against the law and against guaranteed medical rights in Canada. Research the law in your state/province, and rights guaranteed in your country's constitution.

Medical privacy law exemption

I cannot ask you to show me proof that you've been tested, medicated, or vaccinated against AIDS, any more than you can ask me to prove that I've been tested, medicated, or vaccinated for covid-19. In most Western countries, a person's medical record is private and should only be shared with their physician.

In the US, the 1996 Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) federal law protects patient health information from being disclosed without the patient’s consent. HIPAA is a US federal law that governs the privacy and security of Personal Health. The HIPAA rules and regulations consist of three major components: 1) the HIPAA Privacy rules, 2) Security rules, 3) Breach Notification rules.

Each state/province also has its own medical privacy laws. Research them and how they apply to your specific situation.

Rights and freedoms guaranteed by a nation's constitution

Rights and freedoms guaranteed by a nation's constitution supersede all laws and mandates. To apply this exemption, you'll need to understand your country's constitution, eg. The US Constitution; In Canada, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Bill of Rights. In addition, each state/province may have its own constitution that is more expansive than the federal constitution.

Universal Human Rights exemption

Universally, the Nuremberg Code, drafted after World War 2, can also be cited. However, not all nations are signatory to the Nuremberg Code. The doctors prosecuted at the Nuremberg trials were "just following orders". Therefore, "just following orders" isn't a defense.

Permissible Medical Experiments

The great weight of the evidence before us to effect that certain types of medical experiments on human beings, when kept within reasonably well-defined bounds, conform to the ethics of the medical profession generally. The protagonists of the practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other methods or means of study.

The Nuremberg Trials, November 20, 1945 – October 1, 1946. "I was just doing my job" was not an alibi. The Nuremberg Code was established in 1947 after the trials.

All agree, however, that certain basic principles must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts:

1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.

The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.

2. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.

3. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results justify the performance of the experiment.

4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.

5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.

6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.

7. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability or death.

8. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.

9. During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.

10. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him, that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
