"The bottom line is that the medical systems are controlled by financiers in order to serve financiers. Since you cannot serve people unless they get sick, the whole medical system is designed to make people sicker and sicker." —Dr. Guylaine Lanctot, M.D., The Medical Mafia: How to Get Out of It Alive and Take Back Our Health and Wealth

This article discusses ways to legally overturn a vaccine mandate, not how to receive an exemption for yourself. For information on how to receive a personal vaccine exemption, refer to the article: Mandatory vaccination: How to  get a personal exemption

Vaccines are products made by drug companies, just like cigarettes are products made by tobacco companies, or crystal meth is made by drug dealers. No product should be coerced or forced into a person's body since it violates the most sacred tenet of freedom: The freedom to choose what goes in your body. The vaccine mandates are marketed as for "public health and safety". However, it's far from the truth. Vaccines are the profit backbone of the medical industry; since vaccines cause a litany of diseases from cancer, autoimmune diseases, to brain damage. These diseases in return result in doctor visits, hospital visits, medications, and more vaccines.

Even if vaccines were "safe and effective" and "prevent diseases", they shouldn't be mandated, anymore than broccoli, avocado, or exercise should be mandated.

Drug companies are immune from legal liability when their vaccines cause death or injury. You wouldn't have to force people to use your products if those products are "safe and effective". Note that "safe and effective" is a marketing slogan created by the drug industry.

Common Law vs. Civil Law

The USA, Canada, and most countries in Europe employ both common law and civil law. This means that precedent is set by prior cases that are similar in nature.

In civil law systems, law is made through legislation alone while in common law, it is made through judicial decisions as well...The main difference between the two systems is that in common law countries, case law—in the form of published judicial opinions—is of primary importance, whereas in civil law systems, codified statutes predominate...In fact, many countries use a mix of features from common and civil law systems...Canada is a bijural State where the common law and civil law coexist. The common law tradition applies throughout Canada in all matters of public law (e.g. criminal law, administrative law) and in all of the provinces and territories except the province of Quebec—Quebec is the only province in Canada with a civil code, which is based on the French Code Napoléon (Napoleonic Code).

Common law is based on precedence. For example, what was the court's prior ruling in the same or similar case? Since mandatory vaccination isn't new, you can find precedent by researching prior cases.

Ways to legally overturn a vaccine mandate

There are several ways to legally overturn a vaccine mandate:

  1. Walkout or strike.
  2. Mass Protest.
  3. Court challenge.

Below are several case studies that you and your colleagues can use to overturn draconian and unlawful vaccine mandates. Some of them may require an attorney's expertise.

Walkout or strike

Organize the workplace and refuse to show up for work by booking sick days or vacation time.

SOUTHWEST AIRLINES. Southwest Airlines was the 3rd largest US airline as of November 2021 ($9 billion revenue in 2020). In addition to protests, Southwest Airlines pilots and attendants followed this route. Hundreds of flights were canceled as a result, and the fakenews blamed it on the weather. The only problem was that the weather only affected Southwest Airlines and not American, Delta, or United Airlines.

WFAA, Dallas. October 18, 2021. In addition to an unofficial strike, Southwest Airlines employees also protested outside the company's headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
New York Post, Will Feuer. October 11, 2021. Southwest cancels hundreds more flights Monday amid vaccine mandate. Southwest Airlines canceled hundreds more flights Monday after the airline was forced to ground nearly 2,000 flights over the weekend, blaming the issues on weather and staffing amid speculation that the debacle is tied to the company’s recent COVID-19 vaccine mandate...The world’s largest low-cost carrier canceled almost 350 flights — or one in ten scheduled departures — as of Monday at 7 a.m. ET, according to data from Flight Aware. That marks the highest cancellation rate of any major US airline by far, according to the site...More than 300 other Southwest flights were facing delays, the site’s data showed...The airline’s latest woes come after it had to ground more than 25 percent of its scheduled flights on Sunday.

The flight cancellations caused Southwest Airlines to purportedly lose over $55 million a day in revenue. With mounting losses, management caved.

Ten days after thousands of flight cancellations and protests, Southwest Airlines CEO rescinded the vaccine mandate.

Mass protest

HEALTHCARE WORKERS IN QUEBEC, CANADA. In Quebec, Canada, Over 20 000 healthcare employees organized a protest over the vaccine mandate. The government rescinded the vaccine mandate for active employees. The mandate is still  applicable to new employees though.

September 21, 2021. Thousands of Quebec healthcare workers protest mandatory vaccination.
CTV News. November 3, 2021. Vaccines won't be mandatory for existing Quebec health-care workers, only new hires. MONTREAL —In an about-face, facing a drastic service reduction, Quebec has decided that health-care workers already employed won't be forced to get a COVID-19 vaccine, the province's health minister said Wednesday...Health Minister Christian Dubé said that the province is facing 500 service reductions or reorganizations if it goes ahead with its planned Nov. 15 deadline for staff vaccines...Instead of the previous plan, now only new hires will be required to be vaccinated, he said, though the province will try hard to replace those workers with vaccinated ones over time...

Court challenge

COURT CHALLENGE. A court challenge can be mounted by an individual, group (class action), employer, or another branch of government (eg, state vs. federal). Since vaccine mandates have been implemented in the past—sometimes referred to as "compulsory" vaccination, you'll likely find a precedent. Here's a hint: Nearly all vaccine mandates in the past were repealed by the courts. Many of these cases are discussed in 10 historical books on vaccination.

When President Joe Biden directed OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) to mandate vaccines for private businesses, it was immediately met with legal challenges. As a result, the mandate was halted by the court.

Protest against President Biden's vaccine mandate for private companies. In addition to urging the OSHA mandate, Biden also signed an Executive Order for vaccine mandates. The EO signed on September 9, 2021, affected federal employees of the executive branch of government and federal contractors.
National Law Review. Tuesday, November 23, 2021. Challenged – OSHA’s Rule Mandating COVID Vaccinations or Weekly Testing for Employers Halted. On November 4, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) released its much-anticipated mandate-or-test workplace vaccine emergency rule (“the Rule”).  The Rule requires employers with 100 or more employees to either mandate covered employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or require covered employees that are not fully vaccinated to test for COVID-19 at least weekly and wear a face covering.  The Rule went into effect immediately on November 5 with employers expected to comply by no later than January 4, but implementation has since been halted due to pending legal challenges.  For more information of the Rule requirements and specifics, see our prior article It’s Here: OSHA’s Rule Mandating COVID Vaccinations or Weekly Testing for Employers...A federal appeals court has upheld its stay on President Biden’s vaccine-or-test mandate for companies with at least 100 employees. In a 22-page ruling on Friday, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said the mandate was “fatally flawed,” and barred the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) from enforcing the mandate “pending adequate judicial review” of a motion for permanent injunction. OSHA shall “take no steps to implement or enforce the mandate until further court order,” the ruling stated. (Williams, 11/12)...A Biden administration rule requiring large companies to mandate COVID vaccines for employees or impose weekly testing is "staggeringly overbroad" and "grossly exceeds [the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's] statutory authority," a federal appeals court said Friday in an order to keep the rule on hold. Under the rule, companies with 100 or more workers must mandate vaccination or regular testing by Jan. 4. (Chen, 11/13)

The halt was issued after legal challenges from Republicans, employers, and employees.

The above examples can act as precedents under law or for case studies. They happen to be the most prominent, but there are hundreds more like them that aren't in the spotlight.

Why are some states and employers so enthusiastic about implementing vaccine mandates? Follow the money. Who's paying for the politicians' campaigns? Are employers acting as vaccine distributors/resellers and making money from vaccines? It's been documented that hospitals are incentivized if patients are marked as covid, and school districts are receiving $5 million or more for enforcing mask mandates.
